Order online
In order to deliver the spare parts on time, Sunward has built a spare parts main base in Changsha and 56 warehouses and 2 spare parts centers in China and abroad, those are connected and managed by advanced ERP and CRM programs. Sunward provides excellent and efficient services through fast delivery of spare parts, which is realized by air transportation, railway, land carriage, ocean shipping and service cars.
Customer Notice
1. At the same time of providing the top quality spare parts, we will also provide the quality services to you, including the replacement of spare parts, warranty of spare parts, and equipment maintenance. We will not be liable for any responsibilities and is entitled to decline the rendering of related services for the quality problems of the equipment arising from the use of the spare parts other than Sunward OEM ones.
2. The unified catalogue price is implemented for the distribution price of Sunward spare parts, without any price discount or price raise. The distribution price in the computer system should take precedence. Please remit the payment for spare parts directly into the remittance account for spare parts by means of settlement mode of '100%T/T payment in advance'.After the payment,the swift copy(bank slip) released from your paying bank should be transfered to Sunward immediately. Please refer to “Bank Details for Payment”.
3. For the distribution and settlement of spare parts for the customers who signed'Spare parts payment monthly settlement aggreement', the order process should be made under the 'settlement agreement'. Please consult with local Sunward spare parts center or Sunward headquarters for the details of 'Spare parts payment monthly settlement agreement.
4.The spare parts will be quoted to you via Proforma Invoice based on EXW price. The price issued from your local Sunward spare parts center may differ with that of Sunward headquarters due to the cost of transportation and customes.
5. For the purchase of a large amount of spare parts, please contact with the service engineer or the salesman for spare parts 7 days ahead of time and provide the order list so as to facilitate our preparation of your required spare parts.
6. When it's inconvenient for you to pick up the service parts at the warehouse, you may contact with the storekeeper of our remote warehouse, who will consign for shipment on your behalf to your designated location. Our company will pay the shipping freight from the warehouse to the shipper location and the shipping freight from the shipper location to your designated location will be at your cost.
